Benchmark Homes Company is a corporation owned entirely by Paul and Sharron Roseman of Raleigh. Benchmark Homes has been building custom homes exclusively in the North Raleigh area since 1979. Benchmark Homes prides itself on attention to detail in each home it builds. This quality has been recognized and honored by others in the homebuilding industry in that several North Carolina Home Builder Association Awards and the Parade of Homes Award of the Raleigh and Wake County Home Builders Association have been won by Benchmark Homes Company.

Paul Roseman, President of Benchmark Homes Company, is professionally active as a member of the Raleigh and Wake County Home Builders Association. Before entering the home building industry, Mr. Roseman was a mortgage banker for ten years. Sharron Roseman and Leslie Blackwood, the Roseman’s daughter, are responsible for all house plans and color coordination for Benchmark Homes. Mrs. Roseman was an active real estate broker before joining Benchmark Homes to work with her husband.

All homes built by Benchmark Homes Co. are personally supervised by Mr. Roseman, including on-site inspections and sub-contract control. Many of our sub-contractors have been working with us since Benchmark Homes was founded in 1979, providing us with the quality workmanship we require in our product.
